Roccaverano School

Roccaverano is a unique handmade produced excellence with a thousand-year history.
Its production takes place in a limited territory following a strict specification that guarantees its quality and connection with an authentic territory.
The experience, in addition to the laboratory and a gastronomic and cultural journey to discover the secrets of Roccaverano DOP, also includes a guided ebike journey along the hills, pastures and production villages.

Meeting in the central Piazza Barbero of Roccaverano with our cycling guide for a fun route through the production hills. Following, with the Consortium staff, a tasting of Robiola DOP, the cheese winner of the Italian Cheese Awards 2021.

The fee includes:
Half-day ebike rental and cycling guide – visit and tasting at the Roccaverano School
Possible supplements:
Possibility of replacing the ebike excursion with a trekking excursion, with an environmental naturalist guide.
